Diana Foams Website Revamp

Revitalising a Legacy Manufacturer's Digital Presence
Diana Foams Pvt. Ltd. (DFPL), a long-established PU foam manufacturer, engaged us to overhaul its outdated landing page. While DFPL had decades of experience in industrial foam production, its digital presence failed to reflect the scale, professionalism, and product diversity of the company. The legacy site suffered from poor usability, unclear navigation, and lacked critical trust-building elements — undermining its potential as a business development tool. We led the engagement end-to-end, covering UX strategy, visual design refresh, content architecture improvements and responsive frontend implementation. The objective was to create a modern landing page that clearly communicates DFPL's manufacturing capabilities while facilitating easier discovery of products and contact pathways for B2B buyers. The project operated under typical constraints for industrial B2B websites: high information density without clutter, rapid scannability for procurement teams, mobile compatibility, and minimal reliance on backend systems.
A Modern Industrial Webfront Built for Clarity and Conversion
The redesigned landing page delivers a clean, structured user experience aligned with DFPL's real-world reputation in foam manufacturing. The new layout introduces an intuitive information architecture that surfaces key sections — About Us, Product Categories, Clients & Certifications, FAQs and Contact — without requiring deep navigation. A revamped hero section anchors the site with clear messaging about DFPL's domain expertise and industry longevity. Product offerings are now presented through categorised modules tailored to home furnishing, automotive components, insulation solutions and industrial applications. Trust signals are embedded throughout via certifications, client logos and years-in-operation indicators. The frontend was implemented with semantic HTML/CSS, responsive breakpoints and accessibility considerations, with asset loading streamlined for fast performance even on low-bandwidth networks. The result positions Diana Foams competitively within its sector and readies it for future marketing expansion.
